Order Placement /  下单

• All orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance. Orders will only be processed within 1~3 business days once the payment is received.
  所有订单必须至少提前1天下单。收到付款后，订单会在1-3个工作日内处理。
• Payment shall be made within 24 hours from the time the order is placed to avoid order cancellation. Any incomplete or unpaid order will not be processed.

• Order cancellation must be made in writing with a minimum notice period of 3 days prior to the shipping date. Upon cancellation of order, any refund will be credited as store credit to the customer's account at haowangjiao.com.my and can be used for next purchase. Refunds to credit card or cash are not available.
  任何订单取消必须以书面形式进行，最短通知期限为发货日期前3天。取消订单后，所有退款将作为商店信用金额存入 haowangjiao.com.my 的客户帐户，并可用于下一次购买。我们不提供信用卡或现金退款。
• No refund for last-minute cancellation in less than 3 days before the shipping date or when the order is shipped and fulfilled.
  在少过发货日期前3天或发货并履行订单后才取消的订单，客户是无法得到任何退款。
• Order details amendment is not allowed once the order number is generated. You must ensure all requested information provided is accurate. We reserve the rights to request further information from you at any time to enable us to complete your order placement and/or to comply with regulatory requirements.

• Order delivery can be made via shipping to the shipping address provided by you or picking up at our official address: No. 37-1, Jalan Ramin 1/KS7, Bandar Botanic, 41200, Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.

Price and Payment / 价格与付款

• Our prices are based upon our high standard of work and quality of ingredients used. All prices listed on haowangjiao.com.my are non-negotiable.

• Orders shall only be considered as confirmed upon making full payment and will be processed once the payment is verified.

• Payment can be made by (online) bank transfer. Successful payment receipt is required to send to us as a proof of payment made.

Delivery & Collection / 送货与取货

• Shipping service and pickup options are available for your selection upon checkout.

• We only provide shipping service to selected states in West Malaysia, such as Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, Johor, Kedah, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang and Perak. You may click here to check the delivery fee and further details. It is essential that during delivery, someone is in to receive the products.

• We shall not reliable for unsuccessful delivery issues due to incomplete, inaccurate or missing information provided by you. You are responsible to make sure address and contact number are correct.

• If you or the recipient remains uncontactable, no-shows or fail to receive the order within ten (10) minutes from the time the order arrives at your shipping address, we reserve the rights to cancel the order without a refund or remedy.
  如果您或收件人在订单到达后的10分钟内仍无法联系，没有出现或未能收货，我们保留取消订单的权利，恕不退款或补救。
• Delivery fee does not apply if you opt for pickup option at our official address: No. 37-1, Jalan Ramin 1/KS7, Bandar Botanic, 41200, Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. Our pickup hours is between 11am to 7pm. If the products are not collected at the end of the said business day and hours, we reserve the rights to cancel the order without a refund or remedy.

• Any re-delivery request due to unsuccessful delivery for the above reasons, including incomplete, inaccurate or missing information provided and/or when the recipient remains uncontactable, no-shows or fail to receive/collect the order, customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost.
  若因上述原因而导致配送失败，包括所提供的信息不完整，不准确或丢失，或当收件人无法联系，没有出现或未能收货，而提出重新送货的请求，客户需负责支付再次运送的费用。
• Products delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if there is no errors/discrepancies/damages are being disputed and rejected immediately on-site upon its delivery or collection.

• If there are unsatisfactory conditions and issues found with your order, please contact our emergency customer support immediately at +6017 840 1328. We may request for photographic proof or additional information for further investigation in some cases to justify.
